Warm welcome

Tucked away in the hills of a national park and overlooking Lake Bracciano, Villa Nova is a place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life at a slower pace. Designed for connection, built over 25 years with care and purpose – it's a place where our families and friends return year after year.

Our story

We found Villa Nova as an empty shell 25 years ago. Over time, it became our life's project – shaped slowly, season by season, into the welcoming home it is today. Every detail reflects what we care about: simplicity, warmth, and a sense of belonging. When you stay here, you are not a guest – you're part of the story.

Spaces for sharing and resting

The villa is designed to host. With two spacious living rooms, eight bedrooms and generous outdoor areas, there is room to gather – and space to retreat. Every bedroom has direct access to a terrace with sweeping views of the lake or hills. The open-plan kitchen invites shared cooking and long meals. Modern bathrooms, air conditioning and thoughtful touches throughout ensure your stay is easy and comfortable.

Sustainable by design

Villa Nova runs on solar power. We drink clean, local well water, avoid plastic, and ask guests to treat the home and land with the same care we do. Staying here means living in rhythm with the place – slowly, simply, and with intention.
